 Melanie Mockobey brings a unique blend of creative insight and operational steadiness to her role at 3CG. She began her career as a professional actor in Los Angeles, drawn to performance, rhythm, and story. That early experience shaped how she understands people—what they carry, how they shift, and what gets in the way. She later worked with teams at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), 87North, and BRON Studios, supporting production flow and team logistics across television and film.

In 2023, Melanie joined the National Executive Office at SAG-AFTRA during the longest labor strike in the union’s history, helping manage internal coordination and executive communication through a high-pressure moment of national attention.

At 3CG, Melanie manages the firm’s social media and content rhythm, supports executive scheduling and partner logistics, and contributes to internal communication across consulting and creative projects. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis on career identity and emotional intelligence in work. She brings steadiness, care, and a quiet ability to hold space for what’s really happening—beneath the surface of people and systems.
