A pioneer in entertainment and talent development, Karen has shaped the industry through groundbreaking diversity and inclusion initiatives. A former Senior VP at Warner Bros. Discovery, she has led programs that redefined how Hollywood nurtures and promotes creative voices.  Nicki has spent over 30 years designing and delivering transformative community programs. An Oxford graduate and global social impact leader, she is the Founding Director of The Kaizen Partnership, where she has led award-winning initiatives in conflict resolution, regeneration, and grassroots leadership.  An award-winning journalist turned entertainment leader, Lorenza has spent her career amplifying diverse voices and reshaping representation in media. A former senior executive at Amazon MGM Studios and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, she has led global initiatives that drive equity in Hollywood. Reggie is a leader in strategy, business transformation, and education. A Harvard Business School graduate and former Dean at Chapman University, he is also a former Partner at BCG; he has advised Fortune 500 companies, led diversity initiatives, and served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former Army officer, Cydnia brings a unique blend of mental health expertise and leadership coaching to high performers across industries. As the founder of Dope Soul Wellness, she helps executives, athletes, and organizations build resilience, strengthen teams, and foster well-being. A 3CG Consultant, she empowers leaders to align mental health with peak performance and long-term success.

 Melanie brings a background in entertainment, creative production, and communications. After more than a decade as a professional actor, she transitioned into operational roles at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), 87North, and BRON Studios, and later contributed to internal coordination during SAG-AFTRA’s 2023 strike. At 3CG, Melanie manages our social media presence, supports executive operations, and helps keep communication rhythms aligned across the firm.

 At 3CG, Amy brings three decades of experience aligning complex operations with what matters most. As Regulatory Services Manager at DST Systems, she led large-scale compliance initiatives, managed hundreds of client relationships, and helped build infrastructure that scaled across teams, tools, and technology. Today, she helps mission-driven organizations create structure without rigidity—bringing clarity to complexity and systems that actually serve the work.

 A recognized digital strategist and art industry expert, Kristen has spent nearly two decades at the forefront of innovation in the art world. As former VP and Global Head of Digital Experience at Christie’s, she led initiatives that redefined online auctions and digital engagement. Now a 3CG Affiliate Partner, she helps artists and institutions merge tradition with technology to expand art’s reach and impact.
