David is the Chair of the Federal
Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the nation’s largest Fed Bank by population and geography. A Rhodes Scholar and Stanford Law School graduate,
he is the former CEO of the
Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA)

consulting firm, RGP (Nasdaq: RGP). David is Board Chair of the Mayor’s
Fund for Los Angeles, which brings private sector resources to
address public sector challenges.
He is a strategic advisor to the VC firm, Ulu Ventures. A member of the
Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, he is a director of the Blackhouse Foundation,
which supports Black filmmakers

Mark is the Founding Director of the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities, which consults and provides research in cities across North America. The Harvard University graduate received his doctorate from the University of Chicago and is the Leona Bevis and Marguerite Haynam Professor of Community Development at Case Western Reserve University. An author and sought-after public speaker, Mark is one of the country’s foremost social influencers in specific strategies for advancing racial equity and racial justice at an individual, organizational and systemic level.
He has delivered workshops, coaching and speaking engagements in Europe, Africa, and across North America at institutions that include the Ford Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Federal Reserve Banks and many others.

Vera is the Founder and CEO of StrataConnect, LLC, and a technology executive with extensive experience in global financial services strategy. Her expertise stems from leading strategic initiatives at SS&C Technologies, a global financial services and healthcare technology leader with $45 trillion in assets under administration. During her five-year tenure in Thailand, Vera quadrupled the size of the business and technology division. A Rockhurst University graduate with honors in Biology and Sociology, she combines analytical skills with insights into organizational dynamics to drive innovation and growth. Her experience spans regulatory compliance, client relationships, and cross-organizational management. StrataConnect accelerates leader and team performance through trust-building and leveraging individual strengths.

Karen is a Governor-appointed member of the California Film Commission, which oversees the effort to ensure California remains the global leader for media creation. She was most recently the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, North America at Warner Bros. Discovery. A recognized trailblazer in the entertainment industry with over 30 years of experience, she has led initiatives across creative talent development, workforce, content, and production. Karen previously spent over a decade at NBCUniversal as Senior Vice President of Programming Talent Development and Inclusion, setting industry standards for talent initiatives both in front of and behind the camera. Her career includes significant contributions at Nickelodeon, Walt Disney Studios, and Walt Disney Network Television. Karen co-produced the Emmy Award-winning animated series "Spawn" for HBO and serves on boards of organizations including Disability Belongs and The Alliance of Women Directors.

Julie is the Past President and CEO of Connecticut Community Foundation, only the third to hold this position in the organization's 94 year history. A Stanford University and Stanford Law School graduate, she has served as an Assistant Solicitor General for the State of New York and as a litigator at Wiggin and Dana LLP in New Haven. In her legal and advocacy roles, Julie was a recognized leader for her commitment to pro bono work, including litigating appeals that addressed such issues, as environmental protection, education, civil rights and mental health policy. Her early career was spent in nonprofit and campaign communications strategist roles, working for candidates and organizations in areas of economic development, environmental justice, civil rights and and a range of other public policy issues.

Reggie is the director of several multi-national companies including CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) and Orion Office REIT (NYSE: ONL), where he serves as Board Chair. The Harvard Business School and US Air Force Academy graduate is also the former Dean of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University. Reggie serves as a Senior Advisor and certified Executive Coach with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a longtime Partner and Managing Director, and where he served on their America's Leadership Team and led their North America Ethnic Diversity Program. Early in his career Reggie served nine years in the U.S. Air Force as a Program Manager leading the development, production, and fielding of global intelligence technology systems.

Nikki is a founding Director of The Kaizen Partnership Ltd, an innovative, outcome-focused, award-winning
social business specializing in
designing and delivering progressive projects across the community sector.
An Oxford University graduate in
Politics and Philosophy, she has over 30 years of experience in training and development, having directly trained thousands of staff and volunteers. Nikki's expertise spans leadership, partnership working, building resilience, and engagement. Her work is rooted in the belief that overcoming community challenges requires creative thinking and collective action. Nikki's career began with hands-on work in a Mexican orphanage and with street children in Guatemala and Nepal. She later worked for a charity running community programs for at-risk youth across the UK, Northern Ireland, and in the US.

Cydnia (Cyd) s the owner and lead psychotherapist of Dope Soul Wellness, PLLC, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and mental health therapist. A Howard University and USC graduate, she is a former Army officer who served as the primary advisor and strategist to C-suite level Army leaders on
recruiting, talent, performance management and employee relations matters. Cyd currently supports initiatives within the NBA & WNBA, professional and Olympic-level athletes, and university sports teams through her consulting work with coaches,
administrators and key staff on best practices related to mental health and athlete wellness. Cyd is committed to helping her clients (athletes and others) enhance their physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being.
