An Oxford University graduate in Politics and Philosophy, she has over 30 years of experience in training and development, having directly trained thousands of staff and volunteers. Nikki's expertise spans leadership, partnership working, building resilience, and engagement. Her work is rooted in the belief that overcoming community challenges requires creative thinking and collective action. Nikki's career began with hands-on work in a Mexican orphanage and with street children in Guatemala and Nepal. She later worked for a charity running community programs for at-risk youth across the UK, Northern Ireland, and in the US.
